LOCATION:Where: The following County Transfer Stations: Black Canyon City\, Camp Verde\, Congress\, Mayer\, Paulden\, Seligman\, and Skull Valley When: Beginning April 1st\, 2023 through June 1st\, 2023 This program will be offered during each transfer statin's normal working hours. This free slash drop-off program will assist residents in developing necessary defensible space around their homes and other structures that could fuel fires. Keeping fuels managed is absolutely necessary to help avoid uncontrolled fires that can become extremely damaging. Please take advantage of the free slash drop-off program and clean up around your properties. The following items ONLY will be accepted: *Brush *Branches *Grass & Leaves *Yard Trimmings *All slash must be removed from plastic bags These items will NOT be accepted: *Lumber *Stumps *Roots *Cactus *Metal *Garbage This Program is for residential use only. Commercial loads will not be accepted.
