FREE class on Conflict Management with Fran Willes Practical Conflict Management Techniques in the Workplace Conflict situations are an important aspect of the workplace and conflict is a common phenomenon in our work environment. In this workshop, you will understand the benefits associated with conflict, discuss possible causes of conflict in the workplace, identify methods of managing conflict and the situations for which each may be suited, and learn how to use the nine essential steps in conflict resolution on the job.
