Guest speaker Lee W. Ester, Manager of Water Measurement for Salt River Project (SRP), will discuss streamflow monitoring using SRP?s new Flowtography technique. What is Flowtography? It is a simple, inexpensive way pioneered by SRP to remotely monitor streamflow, which uses time-lapse cameras and in-stream, visual staff gauges.
