SEMINAR TOPICS Our expert speakers will lead sessions including dedi- cated time for your questions: • Diabetes 101: An introduction to types of diabetes, its impact on your overall health, and the “5 Ms” framework: Monitoring, Medication, Movement, Mind, and Meals. • Diabetes Prevention: Learn about local programs and lifestyle strategies to reverse prediabetes and reduce your risk. • Nutrition & Carbohydrate Awareness: Practical guidance on basic carbohydrate counting and healthy eating for blood sugar management. FREE HEALTH SCREENINGS & REFRESHMENTS Dignity Health is proud to partner with the Prescott Lions Clubs and Yavapai County Community Health Services to offer the following services: A1C Screenings: Receive a reference-only hemoglobin A1C test to better understand your blood sugar trends (screenings occur throughout the presentation). Vision Screenings: Complimentary screenings provided by the local Lions Clubs to support early detection of vision-related health issues (screenings in the Lions Mobile Vision Clinic van from noon to 4 p.m.).
