Prescott Computer Society's open invitation to their General Meeting at the Prescott Public Library Founder’s Suite and via Zoom, to discuss the ending of Microsoft’s support of Windows 10 by October 14, 2025, the dangers of continuing using Windows 10 and lack of security updates after this date, when cybercrime is at an upward clime. The responsibility falls on the end user to secure their computer’s Operating System and ensure online safety. Some computers that cannot or some users who fail to upgrade, run greater risk for security breaches. This risk and avoidance will be explored in depth at this seminar.
